- Come from a strong Product Owner background, ideally with a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a Product Owner role.
- Have experience working in large, complex, enterprise environments.
- Are a clear, articulate communicator with excellent storytelling skills.
- Can manage multiple stakeholders in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Have a product delivery mindset, focused on working closely with teams on backlog delivery.
- Enjoy being hands-on, producing tangible outputs and driving results.
