Your Role

- Engineer and design data solutions with DBT, Snowflake, Python, and cloud technologies. Ideally someone technology agnostic would be a great fit.
- Work alongside an experienced Data Consultant to refine data architecture and warehouse designs.
- Stay hands-on while growing your architecture skills.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders, helping shape data strategies.
- Work on a variety of projects—each client has different tech stacks, so adaptability is key.
- Strong team culture—a fun, collaborative environment where learning is encouraged.
- No rigid structures—agile team, no unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Exposure to multiple industries—work with a range of small-medium sized businesses, up to large enterprises but in a small, fast-moving team.
- Training budgets—access to a range of training, courses, certifications, and upskilling.
- Growth into an Architect role and onwards.
- Data Engineer with solid warehouse architecture/design exposure.
- Keen to grow into an Architect role—you’ve either collaborated closely with one or have been taking on some design responsibilities
- Hands-on mindset—happy to get into the engineering side while developing your architecture skills.
- Tech-agnostic—willing to adapt based on client needs.
- Personality matters—confident, collaborative, and can engage with clients/stakeholders.
