The Story:
Now in a position of huge growth, this organisation is seeking a Salesforce Architect to join their team and shape their software architecture. You will be part of a newly established and rapidly growing Salesforce practice, and will be instrumental in creating and leading the technical vision for Salesforce across multiple programmes.

Job Description:
As a Salesforce Architect, you will lead the technical design, development, and implementation of solutions that meet the needs of our client. You will be instrumental in creating seamless integration experiences between Salesforce and other systems, and will shape the organisation's practices.

Responsibilities:
• Lead technical design and development efforts for Salesforce solutions
• Where required design, code, unit test, build and deploy software components
• Ensure all code, defects and releases are managed using the agreed tools and processes
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to juniors
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce and related technologies
• Keep abreast of new Salesforce releases and features and advise clients on their benefits and drawbacks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture
• Strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce development technologies
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Salesforce certifications are a plus
