Your Role

You'll take a hands-on approach to mapping out business processes, translating complex requirements into functional designs, and driving system improvements across billing and revenue, supply chain, inventory management, advanced warehousing and HR.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the resident subject matter expert for all things Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Managing the full delivery lifecycle, from initial discovery and requirements gathering right through to implementation.
- Partnering with Finance and Operations teams to uncover bottlenecks and optimise billing, AR, and financial workflows.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality system enhancements and coordinate smooth UAT.
- Supporting business adoption, training, and continuous improvement initiatives across the wider platform.
- Salary + Benefits: $120,000-$140,000 per annum + health insurance, additional sick leave and staff discounts.

Your Fit

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- A deep understanding of Finance, Accounts Receivable, and Billing modules.
- Ideally some experience and understanding of Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and Advanced Warehousing modules.
- A proven track record of delivering tangible platform enhancements and business process improvements.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills and a natural ability to build trust across teams.
