Your Role
As a CRM Consultant, you will act as the crucial bridge between client requirements and technical execution, ensuring businesses get the absolute most out of their operational platform setups.
  • Lead end-to-end requirement gathering sessions and workshops directly with clients.
  • Translate complex business processes into clear, highly functional operational workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with internal developers and platform specialists to design and deliver robust cloud solutions.
  • Guide clients through the functional elements of their CRM journey, ensuring strong user adoption and satisfaction.

Your Fit
To hit the ground running in this fast-paced environment, you will bring a solid background as an Intermediate to Senior Functional Consultant. You must come from a fast-moving consultancy or agency background rather than an in-house role, meaning you know how to balance multiple client expectations and deliver projects efficiently. Your experience will lie within CRM platforms like Zoho, SugarCRM, or HubSpot. If your background is in HubSpot, your expertise must sit firmly on the Sales and Operations side rather than marketing automation. Above all, you have a natural ability to consult, problem-solve, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
