Your Role
You will act as a Lead Architect or Senior Functional Consultant (multiple roles available), bridging the gap between complex commercial objectives and Salesforce execution. You’ll be responsible for the technical design integrity and ensuring every solution delivered adds tangible value to the project lifecycle.

• Analyse complex commercial objectives to create technical design documents and policies
• Drive the future roadmap for customer solutions to ensure long-term scalability.
• Ensure customer needs are translated into functional requirements that maximise the platform.
• Provide high-level oversight on Salesforce engagements to ensure they meet global standards.
• Advise on modern development practices and agile methodologies to keep delivery on track.

Your Fit
You are a Salesforce veteran with a knack for solving "impossible" problems. Whether you lean Technical Architect or Senior Functional, you likely hold multiple certifications, ideally including Architect-track or Platform Developer credentials. You possess excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to turn a vague business issue into a concrete, innovative solution. Most importantly, you can lead a team and communicate complex ideas with total clarity.
