Your Role Reporting directly to the Head of Implementation, you will take ownership of the reporting lifecycle from initial discovery to final delivery. Your day-to-day will involve:

  

• Requirement Translation: Turning complex business and regulatory needs into clear technical specifications.
    
• Development: Designing and building dashboards and data visualisations using SQL and Snowflake.
    
• Data Stewardship: Managing schemas, relationships, and data flows to ensure absolute integrity and accuracy.
   
• Client Collaboration: Leading workshops and prototype demos to ensure the final output hits the mark.
    
• Optimisation: Identifying opportunities to automate manual processes and streamline existing reporting outputs.
     
• Documentation: Maintaining rigorous version control and documenting reporting logic and data sources.
      

Your Fit

We are looking for a seasoned data professional who is as comfortable with a SQL query as they are in a client boardroom. You should bring:

  

• Deep Technical Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in reporting or BI roles, with mastery of SQL and hands-on experience in Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
    
• Sector Knowledge: A solid background in financial services or fund administration, specifically delivering compliance and regulatory reports.
   
• Analytical Rigour: A natural attention to detail with the ability to test, validate, and troubleshoot complex datasets.
    
• Communication Skills: The ability to explain "tech-speak" to non-technical stakeholders in a way that is clear and persuasive.
    
• Project Management: Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities and ad-hoc requests without breaking a sweat.
