Your Role
You’ll be the lead translator between the business stakeholders and the technical delivery teams, ensuring the digital roadmap stays on the rails and delivers genuine value.
You’re a Senior BA who doesn't need their hand held, and is available to start immediately. You’ve spent plenty of time in the Financial Services world, so you already speak the language of compliance, risk, and transactional flows. You’re comfortable navigating the ambiguity of a digital shift and can push back on stakeholders when necessary to keep the project's integrity intact. You’re sharp, proactive, and probably have a few successful large-scale migrations already under your belt. Experience working with finance teams and systems is a must!

Your Role

- Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to peel back the layers of complex business needs.
- Translate high-level digital strategies into detailed, actionable functional and non-functional requirements.
- Map out "as-is" and "to-be" processes to ensure a seamless transition during the digital rollout.
- Work closely with Dev and QA teams to ensure the build actually matches the vision.
- Provide the "analytical glue" that keeps multiple workstreams aligned during the transformation lifecycle.
