Your Role
As the Product Lead, you’ll be the bridge between complex business requirements and the engineering of the bank. You aren't just managing a backlog; you're defining the 'why' and ensuring the technical delivery hits the mark for the customer.
You’re an experienced Product Owner who doesn’t shy away from technical complexity. You know how to navigate a cross-functional agile environment and can talk shop with developers just as easily as you can present to stakeholders. If you’ve worked in the Payments space before, that’s a massive bonus, but your ability to think both long-term and at a detailed level is what will really set you apart. Financial services/banking experience is a must!
