Lead a major Revenue Cloud shift for a top Kiwi tech firm. Albany-based, 4 days a week onsite, with flexible working hours.
Why You’d Like It
This isn’t just another "maintenance" gig. You’ll be the technical heartbeat of a major Salesforce Revenue Cloud transformation, moving beyond simple CRM tasks to shape how a high-growth Kiwi success story handles its entire revenue operation. With a competitive salary, flexibility to work around your life, and a seat at the table with executive leadership, it’s the perfect spot for a Lead who still loves to get under the hood.

The Story
Our client is hitting a massive growth phase and is currently overhauling their enterprise systems to stay ahead of the curve. Originally scoped as a functional role, they’ve realised they need someone with more technical "grunt", a Lead who can navigate complex integrations and write clean code while mentoring a talented team. This is a newly created position designed to provide the technical North Star for their Salesforce roadmap.

Company Profile
This is a home-grown Kiwi success story that has made a serious name for itself on the global stage. Operating within the Product, Design, and Engineering space, they focus on smart, innovative tech solutions that solve complex problems. The culture is innovative, energetic, inclusive, and built on the idea that good ideas can come from anywhere.

Your Role
As the Salesforce Technical Lead, you will own the technical architecture and delivery of the Revenue Cloud implementation and wider platform improvements.
  • Lead the Design: Define technical solutions for Revenue Cloud, Billing, and ERP integrations, ensuring they are scalable and secure.
  • Be the Expert: Act as the internal authority on Salesforce platform capabilities, Apex, and LWC development.
  • Mentor the Team: Provide direction and growth opportunities for developers and administrators across various workstreams.
  • Bridge the Gap: Collaborate with executives to translate big-picture strategic goals into functional technical reality.
  • Ensure Quality: Oversee CI/CD workflows and release governance to maintain a high standard of deployment.
Benefits
  • Competitive Package: A competitive salary, with additional benefits.
  • Modern Flexibility: 4 days in the Albany office with flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.
  • Career Growth: A clear path into deeper architectural involvement within a high-growth tech environment.
  • Culture: Join a proactive, problem-solving team that values innovation and a "get stuck in" attitude.

Your Fit
You’re likely a Senior Developer or Consultant with at least 7 years of Salesforce experience who is ready to step into a definitive leadership spot. You have a deep command of Apex, LWC, and integration patterns, but you’re also comfortable leading a workshop with stakeholders who don’t speak "code." While Revenue Cloud or ERP experience is a huge plus, your ability to design robust, large-scale systems is what really matters here.
