Your Role
- Designing and building scalable, reusable test automation frameworks.
- Developing automated test suites for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, reliable feedback for the team.
- Analysing requirements and use cases to document comprehensive test strategies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria for user stories and epics.
- Mentoring junior QA members and driving the overall automation roadmap.
- Experience: 5+ years of QA experience specifically within SaaS or enterprise software.
- Technical Chops: A solid understanding of QA methodologies, agile practices, and version control.
- Automation Skills: Proven ability to write and maintain automated test cases using tools like Cypress, Selenium, or Postman.
- Platform Knowledge: Experience testing APIs, databases, and various web or mobile platforms.
- Leadership: A track record of defining QA strategies, building frameworks from scratch, and mentoring others.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and a naturally customer-focused mindset.
