Your Role
You’ll act as a Scrum Master with a much broader lens, taking accountability for the end-to-end delivery of software products and platforms. Your day-to-day involves working closely with engineering squads and stakeholders, keeping the momentum high and the blockers low.
You’re an Intermediate to Senior Delivery Lead and high-performing Scrum Master who is ready for a bigger slice of the pie. You don't need to have spent twenty years in a corporate tower; in fact, we’d prefer it if you’ve spent time in the SaaS trenches. You’re someone who understands that delivery is about people just as much as it is about processes, and you have the interpersonal skills to get teams humming.
