With three dedicated squads ready to build, the focus is now on scaling delivery pathways and ensuring the "engine room" is perfectly synchronised.

Your Role
You’ll be the glue between the vision and the engineering execution, working closely with a lead engineer and other senior product leads to manage a shared backlog across three delivery squads.
- Own the Backlog: Drive the discovery, scoping, and refinement of user stories, ensuring the squads are working in lockstep.
- Bridge the Gap: Use a blended Product/BA toolkit to translate complex business requirements into actionable sprints.
- Stakeholder Navigation: Engage with business SMEs to ensure the shared journey is seamless and scalable.
- Lead the Rhythm: Take primary ownership of sprint planning and ceremonies, keeping the momentum high and the blockers low.
- Rate & Term: Daily rate between $1,000 - $1,050 per day with an initial 6-month contract and high potential for further extensions.
- Flexibility: A modern hybrid setup with 2 days in the Auckland or Wellington office to keep those face-to-face connections strong.
- Scale: The chance to work on a massive Salesforce/nCino implementation - a CV-defining project in the NZ market.
- Culture: Join a team that values personality fit as much as technical skill. No egos, just great people doing cool work.
- You're a seasoned Product Owner or Manager who knows the Salesforce ecosystem inside out.
- nCino experience would be preferred, but we will consider broader Salesforce experience.
- Financial services/banking experience preferred.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work in the "grey areas" of a complex and fast-paced transformation.
- Agile experience is absolutely essential.
