Your Role
You will act as the key translator between the business's strategic goals and the technical data environment, ensuring every project puts the client first.
You’re a seasoned BA with at least 5 years under your belt, specifically within data-centric environments. You’re someone who finds SQL second nature, but you also bring experience with data visualisation tools (like Tableau or Power BI) and an understanding of data warehousing concepts. You don’t just "do" tasks; you ask the right questions, challenge the status quo when necessary, and have a knack for making stakeholders feel heard. If you’ve worked in financial services or another highly regulated industry, you’ll hit the ground running here.

- Deep-dive into client data sets using SQL to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for service improvement.
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders, turning vague business "wants" into sharp, technical specifications.
- Map out complex data flows and document as-is/to-be processes to support system enhancements.
- Work closely with data analysts, data engineers and developers to ensure the integrity and accuracy of client-focused reporting.
- Salary: A base of $150k per annum
