Your Role

• Designing and influencing the core front-end architecture in line with Product and UX defined needs.
    
• Developing high-performance, responsive client experiences using TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
    
• Taking full ownership of development tasks and releasing code in frequent batches to deliver customer value.
    
• Working closely with backend systems and APIs to ensure seamless integration across services.
    
• Implementing comprehensive UI tests to maintain the robustness and usability of all applications.
    
• Coaching and mentoring junior engineers to help them understand both the technical 'how' and the strategic 'why'.
    
• Contributing to technical documentation, user guides, and runbooks for the wider engineering team.
    
• Ensuring code is secure, observable, and optimised for the corporate browser settings it needs to run on.
    

Your Fit

• You have at least 5 years of experience developing internet-scale, multi-region web or cloud products.
    
• You have a deep passion for building software that is scalable, secure, and truly customer-centric.
    
• You possess high commercial proficiency with React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
    
• You are experienced in integrating with RESTful APIs, React Server Functions, and working within a BFF architecture.
    
• You have practical experience with CI/CD practices and UI testing frameworks to maintain high quality.
    
• You are familiar with AWS infrastructure or similar cloud platforms for modern software delivery.
    
• You can architect complex solutions and break them down into manageable, independent pieces of work.
    
• You are an excellent communicator who can discuss work in technical, business, and customer-value dimensions.
  
  
• You are a self-managed professional who is generous with your time and knowledge when collaborating with the team.
