Your Role
As the Principal Mobile Engineer, the successful candidate will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and hands-on execution:

• You will collaborate with Platform Architecture and Technical Product Owners to develop and maintain a scalable technical roadmap for product engineering.
• The role involves providing technical direction and guidance to engineering teams while ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
• You will provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to individual engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• You will stay up to date with emerging technologies and lead the development of proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the feasibility of new ideas.
• You will design and refine performance testing strategies and comprehensive observability solutions to ensure products scale dynamically.
• The role provides critical support and guidance during production incidents to ensure system reliability.
    

Your Fit
There is no tie to a specific stack; whether an applicant's expertise is in iOS, Android, or React Native, they value architectural depth and a proven track record over a specific language. The ideal candidate should bring:

• 10+ years of experience as a software engineer with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
• Expert knowledge of software architecture, including microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native environments.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with previous experience guiding the technical direction of development teams.
• Expertise in modern database technologies and software development frameworks like Kubernetes, Docker, or Terraform.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with the ability to work effectively within Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented attitude, demonstrating the resilience needed to tackle complex technical challenges in a growth environment.
