The company has just gone through a significant transformation, modernising its core systems, and is now bringing key technical expertise in-house.You will be joining an IT team of 28, reporting into the Head of Technology Strategy and Architecture, focusing heavily on project and delivery work, not just BAU. You'll be instrumental in delivering on identified priorities as they initiate complex projects around customer groups and product types. Your Role
As the Solution Architect, you will be the crucial bridge between business innovation and technical delivery. You'll ensure all IT solutions align with the core business strategy, designing robust, scalable architectures that deliver the right outcomes.

Your Fit
We're looking for someone with a 'can-do attitude' and at least 5 years of experience across infrastructure and application solutions. You must have architected and deployed Azure-based infrastructure, have strong communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts (like Swift) for non-technical stakeholders, and have a proven background in solution analysis. Experience in project-based work and a focus on security are essential. Cloud certifications, familiarity with tools like Terraform or D365, and a curiosity for AI would be a bonus.
