Your Role

• Leading and growing a web-focused software engineering team.
• Driving the architecture, development, testing, and deployment of secure and scalable web applications.
• Providing hands-on technical leadership and mentoring to your engineering team.
• Translating business requirements into reliable software features.
• Managing the team's delivery processes, including sprint planning, task management, and code reviews.
• Balancing your leadership responsibilities with your own hands-on technical contributions.
    

Your Fit

• Substantial industry experience in full-stack web development , with a deep understanding of .NET.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, especially for scalable and secure web systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (specifically AWS ), APIs, databases, and CI/CD pipelines. (Managing AWS infrastructure is highly advantageous) 
• A collaborative approach and the ability to communicate technical ideas clearly.
• A keen interest in mentoring and supporting the growth of other developers.
• An organised and accountable mindset, with a strong focus on delivery and quality.
