Build scalable, event-driven systems merging AI & AgTech. Make a real-world impact with a great, remote-first team.
Why You’d Like It
This is a cracker of a role for a Software Engineer who wants their code to make a real world impact. You’ll get to work on complex, scalable, event-driven systems using a modern AWS stack. It’s a chance to blend top tier tech (think AI, IoT, and data science) with a mission that genuinely matters. Better yet, you’ll do it all within a flexible, remote first culture that trusts you to get the job done.

The Story
This company has already built a solid global reputation and proven its platform. The next phase is all about scale and innovation. They’re investing heavily in their tech capability, exploring new tools, and refining their cloud-native architecture. This has created a new opportunity for a skilled, curious engineer to come on board, help solve some complex challenges, and drive this next level of growth.

Your Role
  • Designing and building scalable, event-driven systems.
  • Working hands-on with modern AWS tools like Lambda, Kinesis, and EventBridge.
  • Teaming up with data scientists and researchers to solve complex, real world problems.
  • Exploring and implementing AI tools within the development process.
  • Contributing across the tech stack when needed, including both front and back end work.
  • Helping the team continuously improve its processes for building, testing, and shipping software.
Your Fit
  • 5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
  • Real strength in back end development (especially Java or Python) and cloud-native architecture.
  • Hands on Reactjs experience.
  • Hands on experience with AWS services (like Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge).
  • Comfort digging into messy, complex problems in a fast-moving environment.
  • A naturally collaborative mindset and enjoy being part of a close knit, mission driven team.
  • A natural curiosity and a drive to always understand the 'why' behind the work.
  • Experience with Postgres, Terraform, or CI/CD pipelines would be a big plus.
