- Lead a major Microsoft Exchange upgrade, navigating the technical and user-facing aspects from planning to go-live.
- Coordinate a full mobile device management (MDM) transition, covering everything from device enrolment and security to user adoption.
- Act as the key point of contact between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
- Develop robust project plans, proactively manage risks, and ensure dependencies are well understood and managed.
- Communicate technical changes in a clear, straightforward way to non-technical staff, ensuring they feel supported and informed.
