Your Role
As a key member of the transformation team, you will be responsible for getting hands-on and building the new data platform. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Designing, building, and maintaining robust and scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
- Developing and managing the data warehouse environment using AWS Redshift.
- Working with cloud services in AWS (e.g., S3, Lambda, Glue) to build out the data ecosystem.
- Collaborating with Data Analysts, Architects, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensuring data quality, integrity, and reliability across all systems.

Your Fit
We're looking for someone who is not just technically skilled, but also has the right attitude for this dynamic environment. You’ll likely have:
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with a strong focus on building data solutions.
- Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms, particularly AWS and its core data services.
- Strong skills in data warehousing, with specific experience in Amazon Redshift.
- An excellent command of SQL and a programming language like Python.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Great communication skills, with the ability to work well with both technical and non-technical people.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and data engineering development accelerators.
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior engineers in technical delivery and best practices.
