The Story
Our client is expanding their product's capabilities and, as a result, they're growing their Auckland based engineering team. They need a skilled developer to help build the next generation of features and integrations for their core platform. This is a creative role focused on innovation and building high quality, scalable solutions from the ground up.

Your Role
  • Designing, developing, and testing new features for a distributed cloud system.
  • Writing clean, testable, and well documented code in C# and .NET.
  • Collaborating within a cross functional team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Contributing to code reviews and upholding high standards of code quality and SOLID principles.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues in a complex production environment to ensure reliability.
Your Fit
  • At least three years of professional development experience, with a strong focus on C# and the .NET ecosystem.
  • Experience working with distributed systems on a major cloud platform like Azure or AWS.
  • A firm grasp of software engineering fundamentals, including microservice architecture, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
  • A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.
  • An eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to the team's success.
