A rare opportunity to drive simplification and shape the future tech strategy for a market leader!
Why You’d Like It
This is a unique opportunity to step into a key role where you won't just be analysing the business, you'll be actively reshaping its future. You'll be given the autonomy to make a real, visible impact by transforming core business processes from the ground up. If you're someone who loves to challenge the status quo and see your strategic vision come to life, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.
The Story
Our client is on a mission to simplify and streamline. They have some fantastic, established systems, but they know there's a huge opportunity to connect the dots between their digital functions, particularly across their ERP and CRM. They're looking for a sharp operator to come in, map out the current state, and drive the changes that will boost efficiency and set them up for the future.
Company Profile
We're working with a household name in New Zealand's property sector. They’ve built a reputation for excellence but maintain a down-to-earth and fun culture where communication is open and ideas are welcome. They are focused on investing in technology that not only improves the business but also makes life easier for their people.
Your Role
You'll be the key driver in optimising the core systems and processes that underpin the entire business. This is a hands-on role where you'll get to grips with how things work now and redesign them for a better future.
This role offers a competitive salary + benefits. The role is based in their Auckland head office, and while you'll be needed on-site full-time to get up to speed and build relationships initially, there’s a great culture and corporate perks on offer.
Your Fit
You'll be a Senior Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the role. You're a natural problem-solver and forward-thinker who is passionate about making things better. You have proven experience untangling complex business processes, particularly within ERP and CRM environments, and a knack for explaining technical ideas in a simple way. You’re not afraid to challenge old ways of thinking and have a good grasp of data governance principles and the potential of AI. Experience in the real estate world would be a bonus, but it's your proactive, change-making attitude that will really make you stand out.
Does this sound like you? If so, then apply now or reach out to Sofia directly today at [email protected].
Applicants must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand. If you are not a NZ Citizen, you must have the right of permanent residence or a valid work visa.
