This role is crucial for ensuring their Dynamics CRM is not only well-designed but also genuinely fit for purpose and embraced by their people. You'll be instrumental in bridging the gap between their business goals and technical delivery, helping to lift their overall capability.

Your Role
You'll be the vital link between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that MS Dynamics CRM is user-focused and adds real value. This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in configuring the CRM and ensuring it meets the needs of the business.
  • Lead the analysis and documentation of requirements by working closely with product leads, architects, and end-users.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable items like user stories, process flows, and data mappings.
  • Collaborate with integration and platform teams to help shape smart and robust solution designs.
  • Support delivery teams through backlog refinement, testing coordination, and ensuring solutions meet the mark before rollout.
  • Help create training materials and support users to ensure new systems and processes are well-adopted.

Your Fit
You’re a natural problem-solver who’s comfortable getting into the detail of systems and processes. You must have a strong background working with Dynamics CRM, able to be hands on with configurations. You have a solid background in business analysis, ideally with a background as a Dynamics Functional Consultant. Experience with process improvement and working in an agile or iterative way is a big plus. Most importantly, you’re a great communicator who builds strong relationships with technical and non-technical people alike, and you’re passionate about delivering work that makes a difference.
