Your Role

• Spending the majority of your time (around 80%) writing clean, effective code and providing technical guidance.
• Leading and mentoring your team, fostering a collaborative and high-trust environment.
• Taking accountability for the team's output and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Guiding high-level technical design decisions and contributing to the product roadmap.
• Championing a culture of continuous delivery and quality.   

Your Fit

• You are an experienced engineer with a strong background in JavaScript. (Node BE // React FE // AWS Cloud)
• You have a knack for leadership and prefer guiding and mentoring to micromanaging.
• You thrive in an autonomous, remote environment and are comfortable taking the initiative to solve problems.
• You have an interest or, ideally, experience in the blockchain and payments space.
• You enjoy shaping team culture and contributing to high-level technical architecture.
