The Story
As part of a major business enhancement, the company is rolling out Workday as its new, central HRM system. This has created the need for a dedicated Senior Integration Specialist to ensure a seamless flow of data between Workday, the payroll system (Datapay), and other core enterprise platforms. This is a new, permanent position created to support the deployment and ongoing success of these critical systems.

Your Role

• Maintaining and supporting inbound and outbound integrations, particularly between Workday and Datapay.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any integration issues to ensure data accuracy and system stability.
• Contributing to the design and development of new interfaces as business needs evolve.
• Working closely with the HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll teams to ensure system alignment.
• Proactively assessing new system releases for any potential impacts on existing integrations.

Your Fit

• At least 5+ years of experience in enterprise systems integration.
• Proven, hands-on experience with Workday integration tools (e.g., Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, RaaS, Web Services).
• Familiarity with Datapay or Oracle Fusion integration support would be a plus, but a willingness to learn is just as valuable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different business teams.
• A proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and a strong commitment to data integrity and security.
