You'll take ownership of complex projects within the loyalty programme space, from new features to improving existing experiences. You'll ensure consistency and cohesion using Figma Design System assets, and you’ll be involved from research and strategy right through to delivery.

Your Fit
You’re a UI/UX designer with solid experience who's ready to take on a meaningful challenge. You're proficient with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and have a great handle on wireframing and prototyping tools. You're comfortable working independently but also love collaborating with a team. Your attention to detail is second to none, and you're not afraid to challenge an idea constructively to get to a better outcome. A passion for improving design processes and outcomes is a must.
