Your Role   
As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll be a pivotal bridge between users and development teams, ensuring product value is maximised. You'll lead complex functional and process analysis, driving the lifecycle of digital products from conception to decommissioning.

• Lead and facilitate collaboration and workshops with cross-functional squads to co-design innovative solutions.
• Understand customer journeys and translate them into user stories, designing solutions with a high-quality, effortless user experience.
• Drive business-led, cross-functional iterative delivery, ensuring work is transparent and visible.
• Develop productive relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring business requirements are understood and executed.
• Maintain the currency of the product feature backlog and ensure alignment with release objectives and the roadmap.
    

Benefits   
Our client is offering an annual salary of $140,000-$145,000, with a convenient Newmarket location and up to 2 days work from home each week. Your Fit   
You'll be a generalist Business Analyst ideally bringing 7+ years of relevant work experience and a tertiary qualification in an appropriate discipline. Experience working in an agile environment and delivering complex projects is highly desirable. You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders and influencing across an organisation. You have a 'can-do' attitude , a curious mind that constantly asks 'why' , and a drive to achieve solutions at pace. Your problem-solving skills are proven , and you're adept at business design and facilitation to drive consensus.
