Your Role:
You’ll take ownership of complex, enterprise-level software projects, including internal operations tools. Your work will span a range of programmes, ensuring consistency and cohesion using Figma Design System assets. You’ll be involved in everything from research and strategy through to delivery—designing thoughtful, intuitive user experiences that deliver real value. 

Your Fit:
  • Strong experience in UI/UX design roles
  • Proficient with Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Confident in wireframing and prototyping tools
  • Solid understanding of user-centred design principles
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Analytical mindset and great attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who can challenge ideas constructively
  • Passion for improving design processes and outcomes
