Your Role
As Digital Operations Manager, you’ll lead a team of 7 across software development, service desk, application support, and hybrid platforms. You’ll drive operational performance, manage vendors, and champion agile delivery and service excellence. You’ll also partner closely with a peer leading data operations and report directly to the CDIO.

You won’t be coding—but you’ll need to understand .net and Azure to guide decisions and support the team. You’ll oversee cloud and infrastructure, drive DevOps maturity, improve service management, and play a key role in improving cybersecurity through policy, governance and technical input whilst working alongside vendors. Ultimately, you’re the go-to to make things happen, and the trusted hand steering the ship day-to-day.

Your Fit
You’re an experienced tech leader with strengths across digital operations, service management, and stakeholder engagement. You’re proactive, calm under pressure, and capable of balancing delivery with continuous improvement. You bring experience with Azure infrastructure, application support, security, and agile delivery. A service management mindset if key, and comfort working alongside .net developers is ideal. You enjoy developing people, optimising processes, and solving problems—fast.
