You'll play a key role in driving innovation, performance, and excellence at scale, providing leadership in architecture, mentoring engineers, and championing best practices across multiple squads. Your Role

• Provide hands on technical leadership and architectural direction across engineering teams.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable systems, with a strong focus on cloud-native technologies and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering managers, platform architects, and technical product leads to define and evolve the technical roadmap.
• Drive adoption of engineering best practices, coding standards, and modern DevOps tools.
• Mentor developers, lead code reviews, and be a voice of technical authority during production incidents.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and develop proof-of-concepts to validate innovation opportunities.
• Lead observability, monitoring, and performance initiatives to ensure system reliability.

Your Fit

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with deep expertise in cloud native, scalable systems.
• Mastery in one or more languages such as Java, C#, or JavaScript (React, React Native).
• Strong architectural skills in microservices, distributed systems, and event driven design.
• Proven experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with a strategic mindset.
• A self starter who can lead initiatives, inspire engineers, and solve high complexity challenges.
• Bonus: Experience in sectors such as transportation, logistics, or telematics.
