Your Role
You’ll be responsible for leading the development and optimisation of core digital platforms, ensuring they're scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with business strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with product, architecture, and third-party support teams to embed continuous improvement through DevSecOps, monitor platform performance, and drive cross-functional enhancements. You’ll also guide the platform roadmap, support vendor governance, and help deliver long-term platform vision and capability.

Your Role

You’ll also guide the platform roadmap, support vendor governance, and help deliver long-term platform vision and capability.
Your Fit
- Have 5+ years in a Platform Manager or Product Manager role focused on driving business KPIs and commercial outcomes
- Strong knowledge of DevSecOps practices
- Very strong leadership skills to drive outcomes across teams
- Strong enterprise backlog delivery management skills
- A continuous improvement and business strategy mindset
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Experience managing Salesforce platforms is preferred
- Experience in shipping, logistics or FMCG would be highly beneficial
