Transformation at the C Suite and Board Level: What Makes It Work?

Join us for an open conversation around what makes transformation actually work, from the boardroom to the front line.

True transformation does not happen in isolation. It requires alignment between the C Suite and the Board, with clarity of purpose and a shared commitment to delivering change that lasts.

Join Digital Garage for an exclusive breakfast discussion that brings together senior leaders who have played a key role in leading transformation across large and complex organisations. This panel will explore what makes transformation successful at the highest levels of leadership, and how culture, governance and collaboration shape the outcome.

The session will provide insights into how leadership teams can:

  • Build a unified vision for transformation across business and technology functions
  • Navigate competing priorities and deliver measurable value
  • Strengthen communication between executives and boards
  • Empower teams to maintain momentum through uncertainty

Expect open discussion, honest reflections, and practical ideas to take back to your organisation.

Our panel brings together experienced transformation leaders from across New Zealand's business and technology landscape.
