The Story:
This well known business is passionate about building a digital economy for the global community to enjoy everyday. They are in the immediate position of looking for a Technical Project Manager to assist them with a large-scale Workday implementation.

Your Role:
As a Technical Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and deliver this project within the established timelines and scope. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, SMEs and stakeholders. Your role will include:
  • Developing comprehensive project plans, with critical path and dependencies understood
  • Motivating and guiding project teams to achieve project goals.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Maintaining clear and open communication with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborating with SMEs
  • Ensuring project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
  • Monitoring project budgets and resource allocation.

Your Fit:

You'll be an experienced Project Manager with a minimum 5 years' experience, ideally with prior experience managing Workday implementations. You will have a solid understanding of integrations, architecture and data migrations, as well as experience working with multiple vendors. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
