Working closely with the Service Delivery Manager ensuring project coordination and communication is done to a high standard
The Opportunity
With the growth of the New Zealand market comes an opportunity to join this changing Enterprise business. You’ll be working across multiple teams and different business units, assisting the Delivery Manager with establishing and maintaining new processes across the company.

Role Snapshot
In this role you will work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to assist with coordinating the work processes which enable a continuous pipeline of work. You will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, and make sure communication is high across the company. Managing the backlog of change requests and assisting with operational support where required, as well as maintaining and updating projects in our clients user systems.
Your Fit
You have a high level of technical understanding and experience in a similar role within IT
  • You have a strong technical/digital understanding
  • You have worked in Agile environments
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once, and deal with many different stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, pro-active person and loves helping others
  • Experience managing incidents and escalating issues as they arise
  • Ideally have experience using SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Jira
